 At Ice Bar, we don't just serve drinks—we craft unforgettable experiences. Our recent collaboration with Nines and BEAM at the Art.Quarter event was nothing short of spectacular, bringing immersive luxury to every moment of the meet and greet.

Brief: Our collaboration with Nines and BEAM at the Art.Quarter event began with a common goal: to create an immersive experience that would leave a lasting impression on attendees. As an event company entrusted with bringing visions to life, we understood the importance of meticulous planning and attention to detail. With this in mind, we set out to design, prepare, and deliver a cocktail experience that would elevate the meet and greet to new heights and set the stage for a memorable event.

Work: As the event company responsible for execution, our journey began with careful planning and coordination. We collaborated closely with Nines, BEAM, and the venue to ensure every aspect of the event aligned with their vision. Drawing inspiration from the theme of 'greenery,' our team of expert mixologists crafted a bespoke mojito-only menu, sourcing the finest ingredients and hand-picking garnishes to create cocktails that would tantalize the taste buds and delight the senses. In the days leading up to the event, our team worked tirelessly to print custom menus, design bar front logos, and ensure every detail was perfect. On the day of the event, we transformed the space with precision, creating an atmosphere that was both inviting and exclusive. From setting up the bar to coordinating flow paths for the artist and their management team, every aspect of the event was carefully planned and executed to exceed expectations.

Result: The event was a resounding success, with over 1,000 fans in attendance and Nines' album soaring to no.1 on the charts. Zino Records and Nines himself were thrilled with the mojitos, which quickly became a fan favorite. As an event company, we were proud to have played a part in bringing their vision to life and creating an experience that would be remembered long after the event had ended.
